The exhibitor kit was prepared to answer all questions in relation to your presence at the International Tourism & Travel Show. We remind you that this kit makes up an integral part of your exhibit space contract, please take a careful look and understand its’ content.

WE DO NOT SEND THE EXHIBITOR KIT VIA EMAIL, please upload all sections as needed. All MANDATORY forms, show information and regulations can be found on this page. Please review all the important information below to ensure  a well-organized and successful show.

We remind you that the regulations listed in the documents below make up an integral part of your contract. Please read carefully and make sure you are conforming to all rules for your participation in the Show.

Section 4 – INSURANCE (mandatory) 

It is mandatory for all exhibitors to be insured at the Show. Please send a copy of your insurance certificate to slauder@expomediainc.com

Section 4 – MOVE-IN, MOVE-OUT & TRANSPORTATION

Attention! Deliveries will only be accepted starting at 7 a.m. on Thursday October 27, 2022.
Please make sure to order the service “Door to door“.  Expo Media Inc. will not be held responsible and will not pay for delivery fees or custom fees on site. 

Please identify all boxes or packages with: 

  • Your company name
  • The Show’s name
  • Your booth number
  • Total boxes
